Participants are requested to keep yoga mats or cushions to sit comfortably as we will engage in meditative and therapeutic practices.

As this program is planned to follow from one week to other, participants cannot join after starting date.


Description

THE PROGRAM

Stressing Mindfully intends to rehash our perceptions of Stress through Mindfulness practices.  This would include unlearning of unhelpful behaviours and understanding Stress as an efficient tool; A tool which propels the body and mind to take concrete productive action to face a challenging situation.

THE EXPERIENCE

Stressing Mindfully will take you through a bouquet of Mindfulness practices from which you can pick and choose.  The program is enriched with real time processing of participant experiences bringing about creative strategies to harness the strength of Stress.

THE INTENTION AND TAKE AWAY IS TO:

Utilize Stress in a productive manner

Choose mindfulness practices so that one may be able to:

Address what Stress is calling attention to.

Focus on the aspects of a challenge that need engagement.

Access strategies for immediate response and adaptations for future needs

Understand how and why Stress presents itself neurologically and physiologically.

DATE & DURATION:  9TH, 16th, 23rd, 30th of June, 2018
